These Terms govern your use of Sky Stack (the "App"), provided by Kangsium ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
The App is supported by advertising. By using the App you agree to be shown ads. Ad content is provided by our ad partners; we don't control which specific ads you see. See the Privacy Policy for opt-out instructions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that defects will be fixed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kangsium's total liability is limited to USD 0, since the App is provided free of charge. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, particularly for breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
