This Privacy Policy explains how Kangsium ("we", "us") handles information when you use Mini TD (the "App"). We've tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us at jason@kangsium.com.

Note on "anonymous" identifiers: advertising IDs and similar identifiers are still considered personal data under GDPR even though we never see your name or email. We treat them accordingly.

Consent for personalized advertising in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland is gathered through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form shown inside the App.
Game settings and progress are stored only on your device. Ad-related data is processed and stored on servers operated by Google. Primary regions: United States and other regions where Google operates.
Our legal bases: legitimate interest (operating and maintaining the App) and consent (personalized advertising, gathered via the in-app Google UMP prompt). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, and to object. Because we hold no account or personal profile about you, most requests relate to data processed by Google AdMob; you can also manage that through your device's ad settings. Contact jason@kangsium.com, or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. International transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as published by our subprocessors.
You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but personalized advertising via AdMob may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. Opt out by resetting your Advertising ID in device settings and declining the in-app consent prompt. To exercise these rights, email jason@kangsium.com.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact jason@kangsium.com and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). At rest, ad-related data is encrypted by Google. Your on-device data is protected by your device's own security.
Material changes will be announced inside the App. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
