This Privacy Policy explains how Kangsium ("we", "us") handles information when you use Daily Glow (the "App"). If anything is unclear, contact us at jason@kangsium.com.

Note on advertising identifiers: an advertising ID is still personal data under GDPR even though we never see your name or email. We treat it accordingly.

When you use the in-app "Share" button, the App hands the affirmation text to your device's standard share sheet; where it goes from there is controlled entirely by you and the app you choose.
App data lives on your device. Ad-related data is processed by Google on its global server infrastructure (primarily the United States and other regions where Google operates).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, and to object. Contact jason@kangsium.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. International transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as published by Google.
You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but personalized advertising via AdMob may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. Opt out by resetting your Advertising ID in device settings and declining the in-app consent prompt.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact jason@kangsium.com if you believe a child has provided personal information and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). At rest, ad-related data is encrypted by Google's infrastructure; on-device data is protected by your device's own security.
Material changes will be announced inside the App. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
