Why we handle it

We use this data only for the purposes listed in the table above:

We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored

Game settings and best scores are stored only on your device. Ad-related data is processed and stored on servers operated by Google. Primary regions: United States and other regions where Google operates.

For users in the EU, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR / UK DPA)

Our legal bases for processing:

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, and to object. Because we hold no account or personal profile about you, most of these requests relate to data processed by Google AdMob; you can also manage that data through your device's ad settings. Contact jason@kangsium.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

International transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as published by Google.

For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but personalized advertising via AdMob may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by resetting or disabling your Advertising ID in device settings and by declining the in-app consent prompt where it is shown.

To exercise these rights, email jason@kangsium.com.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact jason@kangsium.com and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). At rest, ad-related data is encrypted by Google. Your on-device data is protected by your device's own security.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced inside the App. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
